Civilization is come from the language. The animals which have no language have no civilization. The technique is the most important factor to produce the civilization. Then, the technical English for automatic translator is studied. There is the past tense which is composed with paradigmatic words from verbs in English. Is there such a word so called the future tense? It dose not mean the future time, though if“will”is attached to a sentence. The subject? Any child can speak English without studying the grammar.
