Abstract
Major project has great influence both country and community. So the major projects usually done successfully due to its attraction and bigness. Nevertheless, some major projects decided as failed projects after policy evaluation conducted by national government after 2001.
In this issue, we reviewed advanced studies and evaluated Kawasaki City's sport event project to find some additional success factors. Consequently, we find new success factor as “pay more attention for knowledge dissemination”and “make more stakeholders and supporter”through IT advertisement.
