Abstract

Increase of unemployment results in increase of starving population due to the lack of purchasing power. To prevent unemployment from hunger, in addition to training for sustainable agricultural and environmental management, it comes into my mind (1) to pay for labor to preserve environment for sustainable agriculture, or (2) if wages are not enough to purchase sufficient food, to rent such productive means as enough farmland with farming tools for self-support, while it is necessary to prohibit crop-exporting states from financially aiding their own crop farmers toward dumping effects, to give continuous incentives to the potentially otherwise unemployed, and to maintain peace and order.
