Abstract
The following equation of motion and boundary conditions were introduced for the theoretical explanation of surface wind. and the solution was obtained. Next, the following similitude law in the wind distribution for height was suggested, and it was explained from the fact that the eddy viscosity is proportional to the square of wind velocity.
