Abstract
The operations of self-oscillating type magnetic high-frequency inverters are described in this paper. The inverters utilize the coupling of two nonlinear oscillations which are generated on an orthogonalflux type amorphous magnetic core, and consist of a Royer or Jensen circuit as an oscillator and the parametric oscillation circuit as an output transformer. The output of the inverters is 18 W at the high output frequency of 25 kHz, and excellent functions of output voltage regulation, overload protection and noise filtering are obtained.
