Multilayered films of MnSb/PtSb were prepared by alternately depositing Sb/Mn and Sb/Pt in ultrahigh vacuum, and structural, magnetic and magnetooptical properties were investigated. c-oriented epitaxial multilayers were obtained when the Sb/Pt layer is less than 2 monolayer thick (∼12Å) and the substrate temperature is between 110 and 125°C.
