Abstract
A special form of card for evaluating the tendency in occupational deafness is presented in order to work with and educate non specialists as well as those who are tested because there is no practical method of grading for medical supervision on the occupational deafness. In the present from "hearing loss in db" and "clinical symptoms" have been considered as principal factors. Consequently, choice of tests and the observation after grading are much simplified. By this new method even nonspecialists can judge the grade of tendency in occupational deafness with ease from the attached chart which is composed of the sum of check points proper for factors of hearing loss in db. and the sum of check points proper for accompanying clinical symptoms.
