Storage and Retrieval System for Judicial Precedents Using Personal Computer

Abstract

Operating procedures and the features of the title system are explained. This system is useful as the auxiliary measure for law study and practices. The technical matters of law were selected as the input data. It aims at preparing the data base of the all cases registered in Civil Case File of the Supreme Court, and then will add the cases of lower courts to this data base.
