Abstract

Now, the great development of information and telecommunication technologies has been creating digital libraries in the world, especially in the area of academic libraries. Digital materials published in the network environments have many different aspects from paper materials under copyright law. Paper libraries have enjoyed specific privileges in the copyright law system, and digital libraries shall require an equivalent protection under the trends of international harmonization.
