Abstract

The advancement of information technologies enables venture businesses to quickly make decisions by getting useful information. Based on author's experience in conducting a venture business, he described the significance of using information. He also mentioned the characteristics common to many successful venture businesses are：1）to be active；2）to have global viewpoints；3）to act quickly；4）to use outsourcing effectively；5）to provide social services.
