An essay of the trends of the recent amendments of the Japanese copyright law, especially on the academic resources

Abstract

On this essay, I tell about the trends on copyright amendment on the use of academic resources, especially about how copyright limitation of reproduction of documents in the examination of patent registration, etc., and in administrative processes of the drugs, cosmetics and medical instruments was set on the copyright law of Japan at December 2006.
