Abstract
There are a large number of library consortia in the world. While introducing the examples of the U.K., France, Korea, Canadian consortia, this article reviews the details of the formation and task of JUSTICE by comparing them. It also describes that the transition to a membership system and the collection of a membership fee from 2013 fiscal year is highly important for the future of JUSTICE.
