Abstract

Periareolar mammoplasty is a step 2-1 procedure of OPBCS Volume displacement. Partial mastectomy is done via periareolar incision which is inconspicuous postoperatively. It is mainly used for cancer lesions located on the upper area of the breast. Partial mastectomy with a unique shape via circular incision is performed, then, volume displacement is performed to avoid deformity of the breast. It is important to keep the blood flow of nipple areola complex (NAC) .
