Composition of the essential oil of R. crispus L. was investigated. This oil was obtained by steam distillation of leaf materials from the plants growing in Higashiosaka-shi (Japan). By LC, GLC, GC-MS, IR, 60 components were identified. The principal components are 1, 2-diacetin and cis-3-hexen-1-ol.
