The authors examined the tensile bond strengths of composite resins made of six different commercial bonding agents and two kinds of resin cement to human dentin etched with phosphoric acid.
The tensile bond strength was 2.0-9.0 MPa; and the composition of the bonding agent and the liquid part of the resin cement greatly influences this tensile bond strength.
