Abstract
In recent years, in the manufacture industry, a 3D-model is used in the life cycle of a product very well. Various 3D CADs have been developed because advanced engineers demand on utilizing a 3D model. But, 2D CAD is still used mainly because many civil engineers cannot treat of 3D CAD efficiently. On the other hand, most of CAD cannot generate a 3D model data from an existing 2D drawing. Therefore, this research aims at that everyone can generate the 3D wire frame model data from orthographical three views easily.
