Abstract
At the Hanshin-Awaji earthquake disaster, the restoration works and the reconstruction works are disturbed mainly by the problem caused by damaged road condition and traffic congestion. Therefore, the management of emergency goods distribution is such a problem to be tackled immediately. In this study, we propose a methodology to utilize the information about operating system of emergent goods distribution to enable quick and accurate emergency measure, at the large-scale earthquake disaster like the Tokai Earthquake and so on. Moreover, this study proposes an engineering system on region-wide mutual coordination among municipalities considering utilization of Information Technology (IT).
