This paper deals with the relation of individual perceptional intensity and human response to earthquake disaster. If thee human response to earthquake is regulated by each perceptional intensity of crisis of earthquake disaster, the calm response must be provided by the suitable intensity of perception. In this paper, it is explained that disastrous experience and learning on crisis of earthquake elevate the individual perception, and that perceptional intensity provides the individual cautious countermeasure against the next earthquake disaster, by the method of questionnaire survey to about 7,000 dwellers in Tokyo.
