Abstract

In this article, the author proposed that two different scales of units which had been found through the research with historical approach should be used in improving the environment of high densely building blocks lacking infrastructure. The smaller units were formed with a parcel of agricultural land whose area was 300㎡~500㎡ and, and about then dwelling units and small common space were included in the units. The bigger units whose area were 1500㎡~3000㎡ were divided by ownership.
