On the Urban-Sprawl Processes in Urbanization Control Area

Abstract

This paper deals with the urban-sprawl processes in “Urbanization Controle Area”, in order to study of land use restriction in agricultural area. The results are as follows; (1) The changing processes of agricultural land may be summarized as fig. 9. (2) Before changing, agricultural land was bought by farmers who wish to change land use. (3) These processes are mainly caused by housing demands of farmers’ and their sons’, and by farmers and developers to wish to develop.
