1) Consideration of District Plan-Making Process

Abstract

In the objected area, non flamable urban redevelopment has been carried using fire proot zone designation, subsidy of non flamable building construction, district planning system, disaster mitigation public facilities, construction of community road network, the promotion methorogy of built-up residential area redevelopment (District improvement with residents) are investigated to analyze the processes of these planning promotion in the objected area.
