Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to positively explain an effect of agglomeration derived from nearby located retails or services. An effect of agglomeration is in this paper defined as a heigher efficiency of retailspace that is annual sale per retail space. The Kawaguhi Easte Area has been surveyed for this study. It is hound in the result that an agglomeration of small wear retails has an effect on themselves, but not so clearly found about other retails.
