The survey was carried out on random sample of 50% of establishments located in a Okayama by-pass road of national highway rote 2, that passes through southern part of urbanized area of Okayama city. references of newly settled and transferred establishments for the conditions of location, their evaluation of by-pass and its shift with time are shown with some of the other findings.
