THE PURPOSE OF THIS PAPER IS TO ELUCIDATE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SUPPLY OF PARKING PLACES FOR KEEPING CARS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LOTS IN DENSELY BUILT-UP AREA. THE RESULTS ARE AS FOLLOWS, 1) FEW PARKING PLACES ARE ON MULTI LEVEL AND MOST OF THEM ARE ON THE GROUND LEVEL. 2) BUILDING USE, THE SCALE OF LOTS, VACANT AREA IN EACH LOT, AND THE CONNECTION WITH ROADS AFFECT THE VOLUME AND TYPE OF PARKING PLACES. FOR EXAMPLE, THERE ARE LESS PARKING PLACOS SUPPLIED IN NARROWER LOTS.
