Abstract
IN THIS STUDY, WE INVESTIGATED THE RELATION BETWEEN LAND COVERAGE AND AIR TEMPERATURE THROUGH THE FOUR SEASONS IN SEASIDE FUNABASHI CITY. WE KEPT A RESULT AS FOLLOWS;1)IN THE AFTERNOON, THE CENTER OF URBAN DISTRICT SHOWED HIGH TEMPERATURE THROUGH THE FOUR SEASONS, ESPECIALLY IN SUMMER. BUT IN THE EARLY MORNING, IT SHOWED EXTREMELY HIGH TEMPERATURE IN SUMMER.2)IN THE AFTERNOON OF SPRING AND SUMMER, THE SEA BREEZE EFFECTS THE DECREASE OF AIR TEMPERATURE AROUND THE SEASIDE DISTRICT.3)NO MATTER WHEN THE TIME IS IN THE AFTERNOON OR IN EARLY MORNING, THROUGH THE FOUR SEASONS, OPEN SPACE EFFECTS THE DECREASE OF AIR TEMPERATURE.
