A Study on Housing Supply Policy before the Reform in Urban Area of China

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to revaluate the housing supply policy before the reform in urban area of China. The results are as follows: 1) Unlike many papers until now, there are many rational contents on the housing policy in the early Founding of China. 2) By analyzing the realities of the housing distribution, we founded that the housing policy before the reform is not a real welfarism. 3) It os very important to change the citizen's consciousness on the housing's acguisition by deviding the enterprice from housing supply system.
