One is a group that attaches more importance to the quality of environment of a residence place than a situation for easy access to urban service. The other is a group that does the contrary. We analyzed their structure of evaluation for residential conditions inclusive of livability. And we verified the ff.: the former is more content with its residential conditions than the latter is, there exists the difference between their structure of evaluation for livability, and the contentment with accessibility to urban service in case of the latter is more effective on improvement of livability than in case of the former.
