Abstract
This study aims to clarify the problems of the landscape of tourism in a city, and analyzes the change process of the bus route about the scheduled sightseeing bus in Hiroshima City started from 1954. Through the documents that the bus company applies for the change of bus routes, we could restore the 14 kinds of the historical bus route and its reductive process. The result shows the change of the route reflects on the requests of customers who ask for more compact sightseeing. Thus the landscape of tourism is limited in the center of Hiroshima City and the identity of the City still depends on the tourist resource of a period of reconstruction for War-Damage.
