Abstract
Recently, living environment has been developed in consideration of opinions of residents. Therefore, esidential survey at Toyota city was analyzed in order to grasp resident consciousness on living environment and to comprehend the structure of the resident consciousnesses. Required improvement of the living environment was furthermore quantified based on relationship between degree of satisfaction and influence on assessment of living. As a result, “Neighborhood”, “Nature” and “Local government” have a great influence on the assessment of living. Although high satisfaction of residents was generally achieved in the city, “Public transportation” was highly required to improve in all area and “Hospital” was also required in some area. It is important to develop the living environment with much influence on the assessment of living and also low satisfaction of residents.
