It is important for dealing with the future urban transportation issues to examine urban structures, as well as policies of transportation. It is also needed for policy appreciation to evaluate quantitatively local effect on the environment, in addition to the reducing broad-based environmental load. In this study, we develop the models generated from transportation models embedded land use models. The models enable to appraise quantitatively affection on the traffic environmental load which comes from different measures of transportation and of urban strictures. From the result of the case study, it is found that effect on traffic environment vary from the combination of urban structures and transportation programs.
