Abstract
This paper aims to define the effectiveness of The Compact City from analyzing the relation between the Urban Structure and People's Activity in the city. Firstly, the extension of the population and the urban function in the city is understood in 25 local cities. Moreover, analyzing the relation between compactness of Urban Structure and the activity proves compactness gives city to liveliness from view of consumption and working. In addition, to form Compact City on the city level Mixed Land Use, proper City Capacity, Area Division and Development regulation in the suburbs is importance. On the wide level, to make Master Plan in some cities and Consolidation of Municipalities effective to form Compact City corresponding to the population decrease age.
