Abstract
The sightseeing spot have many important histories and natures. So It is usually difficult to build barrier-free facilities in sightseeing spot because there are trade- off relations between sightseeing resource preservation and barrier-free facilities. The purpose of this paper is to find the priority between sightseeing resource preservation and barrier-free facilities in case of KAIRAKUEN PARK. Firstly, a questionnaire survey was executed for elderly and disabled people and normal people. Second, using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), the comparisons of the consciousness about trade- off relations is analyzed. Then the differences of consciousness between elderly & disabled people and normal people are turned out. Finally, the study process of building barrier-free facilities are proposed.
