Abstract
In this research, after surveying the problems in commuter traffic in Kyoto Metropolitan Area, we clarified the success factors and the problems of Workplace Mobility Management paying attention to the implementation processes by introducing the actual projects in Kyoto prefecture. As the results, in a preparatory step of Workplace Mobility Management, we clearly showed that the agreement among stakeholders and the organization for decision making are very important, and we also provided the knowledge as a leading Workplace Mobility Management to success. This knowledge should be useful and applicable to the other areas where Workplace Mobility Management is undertaken.
