Changing application and problem of Planned Development Design System by conviction.

Abstract

The planned development design system by conviction applicant was introduced by the revision of Building Standard Law in 2002. The aim of this system was swiftness of permittingprocedure and easing the Floor Area Ratio Restriction. Five years has been went by from this system was introduced. The purpose of thi study is to adduce the problem from landscape by changing application and performance of constructions. The results are as follows;1)A few specific administrative agency all over the country has been changing application and a few they use this system actively.2)The performance of construction is few.3)In this terms, this system is low need.
