Abstract
There have been few studies considering the demolition clearance works of dangerous vacant house. Therefore the purpose of this study is to examine the method of improvements to the vacant houses while focusing on the demolition clearance work. The investigation is based on the data of demolition clearance work for the dangerous building in Kure city and the questionnaires for the applicants of it. The main purpose of demolition clearance work is to protect residential area from the collapse of vacant house with natural disasters and fire. A further direction of this study will carry out the individual interview for applicants and local government officers in order to get some further information on demolition clearance works.
