Abstract

This Study focuses on enacted Development Permit Ordinance under the Landuse Regulation Gap in Boundary area of Local Authority. And it aims to clarify the tendency of Urbanization and Land Use Management in each cities. As a result, we clarify the following. 1) Urbanization is promoted by Development Permit Ordinance in Urbanization Control Area, on the other hand it is stagnated in Un-divided City Planning Area. 2) Above-mentioned urbanization is affected by Landuse Regulation Gap of Act Concerning Establishment of Agricultural Promotion Areas. 3) Under the situation, Landuse Regulation is passive in Boundary area of Un-divided City Planning Area.
