In local communities with problems of depopulation and aging, residents are forced to solve community issues by themselves. A community-based organization as a base for solving problem had been established as increasing. However, the member of organization feels there are problems how to continue their activities and how to manage their organization. This study applied text analysis to the activity records of organization and the remarks of members and compared the result with the questionnaires of residents to evaluate their activities and management from the internal and external view point. The results showed that their activities didn't address the residents' present needs and it also suggested that the interests or ideas of each member had not been adopted much to their activities.
