Under the financial difficulties of local government, it has been the issue how to implement parks' redevelopment and management with cost-reducing. This study aims to clarify the involvement characteristics of private-sector for park management using "Installation-Management Permission System". As a result of 28 urban parks and facilities survey, it is determined that there are 4 patterns of proprietary relation, 7 patterns of maintenance system, and 7 patterns of utilization system. Through classifying the types, it is clarified that the system of park management and the role of private-sector have been changed based on the existence and nonexistence of the designated administrator and local association.
