Abstract
In this research, we aim to propose new consensus building method by visualizing the future image of road space redistribution with 3DVR (3Dimensional Virtual Reality). At that time, by utilizing negotiation studies, we are clarifying the stakeholders' position and interests and, their BATNA (Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement). As a result, we explained how the stakeholders' opinions got close to each other by using the process of this research. Regarding the points to keep in mind when making moving pictures, we clarified the importance of reproducibility of road space and consideration to various stakeholders.
