Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand the interaction between the metabolic mechanism in the area and the space transformation by concentrating and analyzing the land ownership history on both time and space scales. In this study, we reveal the following points. 1) Ownership distribution of land follows the rank size rule, while oligopolistic landowners consolidate the land that they own dispersed through trading, while many landowners own short-term ownership. 2) Land redistribution of oligopolistic landlords is related to the public works of the area and forms a characteristic space of the area. 3) While there are blocks where the geographical distribution does not change, the block district where the geographical change has changed greatly affects subsequent land use.
