Use of eating and drinking facilities by private enterprises implementing projects up to the fiscal year 2016 reported from the beginning of the waterside social experiment in 2004 and examined the prospects for the future. As a result, only two waterside coffee shop were operating in 2004, but now it is found that ten waterside cafe are open.
