Abstract
This paper describes the background of establishment of the Regional Revitalization School, a training program aimed at improving the information processing of municipal officials in the Tama area and the ability to formulate policies for regional creation, the ability to be acquired by local government officials, And its outcomes and issues. We set four data powers, five skills to raise them as a capability to be acquired, develop a curriculum, get 11 participants in the first phase and the second phase, the effects and challenges Was verified. As a result, it was revealed that understanding degree will not be high unless the content is understandable by experience, strong demand for exercise and group work time increase. Also, regarding the use of RESAS, many local government officials thought necessary, but it turned out that there are problems such as that many local governments can not use inside the agency.
