Abstract
The disaster-stricken City intend to implement the Land Readjustment (LR) project for the rehabilitation of the damage area. It is said that the rehabilitation LR projects takes a lot of time. However, it is not clear how long the period of the rehabilitation LR projects implement. LR projects were implemented in the City Planning Area by City Planning Law, but some damage area located outside the City Panning Area at the occurrence of disaster. This study aims to show the time course of procedure for making rehabilitation LR projects. Furthermore, we clarified the rehabilitation LR projects located outside the City Planning Area at the moment of disaster.
