Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to clarify the influence on city planning by accepting evacuees due to Fukushima No.1 Nuclear Power Plant accident. Moreover, it is to clarify that from the change of population and land use. In accepting more than 20 thousand evacuees for temporary housing and apartments, there are problems that development of living environment, rise in land prices due to real estate demand, and congestion of urban facilities and the traffic. Results of analysis on population change, it was cleared that the population is increasing mainly in urban areas and suburban residential area while the population is declining in most areas. And analyzing changes in land use, it was cleared that the change pattern is different depending on the area where the reconstruction project is deployed, residential area, and urban area. Moreover, it could see the relationship between population and land use change. So, it is necessary for urban planning to understand population change structureally in districts and subregion and grasp the correspondence relationship with land use change.
