Abstract
While the information about the function of public services such as road during and after heavy snowfall has been gathered easily, it is difficult to know the influence on civic life. The reason of this fact is due to the absence of the technique to gather the information about civic life. However, it is possible to monitor the location of each people by the position information of mobile phones in recent years. Because not only the location constantly but also the attributes of people are included in the information, it is possible to estimate the influence on the lives of citizens with various attributes. In this study, we clarify the influence on people with various attributes using the position information data. In doing so, the anomaly detection method that selects characteristic parts from time series data is applied. As a case, heavy snowfall in Tottori prefecture occurred in February 2017 is focused.
