Abstract
Recently, sustainable development is required because of prevention of global warming and great earthquake. Therefore, major city have promoted construction of energy network for energy efficiency and continuity of energy supply, even at the disaster stages. Although fucking up to the energy network is considered at the re-construction stage, the method of construction is not clarified. This paper deals with district energy network in Kobe City and attempts to clarify how energy network can expand, cooperation with development stages. As a result, it is cleared that construction of the energy network is useful to improve environment and disaster prevention. Also, the method of construction of the energy network is identified through the Cost-Benefit Analysis.
