Abstract
After the Paris Agreement was adopted at the COP21, the significant reduction of CO2 emission target was required to the nations. Therefore, the central government has actively promoted effectively and efficiently use of renewable energy at the urban development stages. However, achievement of the target is not easy, because of high expense of renewable energy systems. This paper focuses on the further expansion of renewable energy and attempts to clarify how we can install the system at the urban redevelopment stages without grant assistance. The paper firstly discussed introduction of renewable energy strategies, followed by the cost analysis of the system introduction. As a result, the target of CO2 emission can be possibly achieved under the Emission Trading Systems.
