Abstract

Eight years have passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake, and the reconstruction projects are almost approaching completion. In this research, as the case of two municipalities in Iwate Prefecture, the purpose is to clarify the actual situation of the plan change, the reason for the change, and the difference in the number of residential areas by the relocation project. As a result of the data collection to the administration and the hearing investigation, it has been largely changed from the original plan in response to the resident intention survey, and it became clear that the vacant section can be reduced by conducting a careful intention survey.
