The Reality and Methodology of "Vision Management" in Area Based Management of Major Urban Centers

Abstract

In recent years, the strategic promotion of area-based management has gained momentum as communities seek effective ways to implement long-term visions.Therefore, the purpose of this study was to clarify the actual situation by hypothesizing that these integrated approaches will contribute to the realization of the area based vision by skillfully combining effective system building, strategic planning, and specific project development.These findings underscore the importance of clear strategic frameworks in area-based management and offer insights into the successful implementation of long-term developmental plans.
