Structural analysis of consciousness to use delivery box

Focusing on the assessment for delivery service and local community

Abstract

This study grasped the intention to use delivery box and the demand of delivery box. And then, this study revealed the structural consciousness to use delivery box. As a result, it is suggested that improving delivery service, the enhancement of the function for delivery box, installing delivery box in the area to go there as far as possible with car and housing the packages with easy to take home in the delivery box are affect the intention to use delivery box. In addition, it is suggested that improving delivery service affects the trust of communities, and then, the trust of communities affects the intention to use delivery box.
